Ndi Veronica Ngum (Cameroon)

5th February 2016 by Global Disability Watch

Ndi Veronica Ngum is a Cameroonian from the North West Region and a native of Baba II in Santa Subdivision. Born on 09/29/1975, I am the Program Officer of the Coordinating Unit of Associations of Persons with Disabilities (CUAPWD) Bamenda, North West Region Cameroon.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a professional diploma in development studies. I have the ability to speak French and I like to work in a team, learning new ideas and sharing my own ideas as well. I have been a program Officer of the CUAPWD for one year and the organization is promoting disability as a cross cutting issue and have adopted Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) as a holistic approach for the achievement of its goals and objectives.

As a woman with a disability, with my background in community development and knowledge of project planning, monitoring and evaluation, I am doing my best to promote best practices for inclusive society.
